Where We Ship

At this time, Bēm ships within the United States only, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS.

 

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Orders placed by 12:00 PM PST will be processed the same business day
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day

Processing times are separate from and in addition to the estimated shipping transit times shown at checkout.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Free Shipping

  • Orders $85+ ship free via USPS Ground Advantage
  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after shipment

Orders under $85

Customers may choose from the following options at checkout:

  • USPS Ground Advantage (estimated 2–5 business days)
  • USPS Priority Mail (estimated 2–3 business days)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

 

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times are carrier-provided estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, or periods of high shipping volume.

Holiday Shipping Notice:

During peak shipping periods (such as holidays), carriers may experience delays beyond their standard delivery estimates. We recommend placing orders early when shopping during these times.

 

Tracking & Carrier Responsibility

Once your order is shipped and in the possession of the carrier, delivery and transit are the responsibility of the carrier. All delivery estimates, service guarantees, and transit-related issues are governed by the carrier’s policies.

If your package is delayed, misdelivered, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

 

Missing or Lost Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and that you have a secure delivery location. Bēm is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen once marked as delivered by the carrier.

 

Address Accuracy

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to reshipping fees. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

 

Order Modification & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. For this reason, we cannot guarantee changes, including order modifications, address updates, or cancellations, once an order has been placed.
