Refund policy

 

This policy applies only to purchases made directly at bemskincare.com. Bēm products purchased through other platforms (including, but not limited to, TikTok Shop) are subject to the respective retailer’s return, refund, and resolution policies and processes.

We want you to feel confident in your skin—and in your purchase. If your skin doesn’t love your Bēm product, our Happy Skin, Guaranteed policy is here to help.

 

30-Day Guarantee

  • Refund or store credit requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, as confirmed by carrier tracking
  • Requests must be submitted through your customer account
  • Requests must include reason for the request 

This guarantee applies to products that were used as intended but did not meet your expectations.

 

Eligibility & Exceptions

Because we’re a small business—and because customer safety and product integrity are our top priorities—we’re unable to accept returns for:

  • Unused products returned for “changed my mind” or similar reasons

Once products leave our possession, we cannot verify storage or handling conditions. For this reason, all returned products are not resold and are properly disposed of.

e-Gift Cards:

Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable, and delivered electronically via the email address you provide. They are redeemable exclusively at bemskincare.com and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

Gift cards do not expire, carry no fees, and may be used across multiple purchases until the full balance is depleted.

Bēm is not responsible for unauthorized use of gift cards. Treat gift cards like cash.

Unauthorized Returns:

Items returned to our address without an approved return request will not be processed and will be disposed of without refund or store credit. We are unable to return unauthorized shipments.

 

Gifted Orders

If you received a Bēm product as a gift and meet the requirements of our Happy Skin Guarantee, any approved refund will be issued as store credit. Store credit:

  • Is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash (unless required by law)
  • Cannot be sold
  • Does not expire
  • May only be used at bemskincare.com

Requests must be submitted through our Refund Request Form. Proof of purchase or the original order number is required to process any gift return.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please submit a request through your customer account (gifted orders use: Refund Request Form) within 7 days of delivery, as confirmed by carrier tracking, and include clear photos or video of the product and all original packaging.  Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

 

Shipping, Delivery & Lost Packages

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If shipping was covered by Bēm, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient
  • Customers must contact the carrier directly to resolve misdelivery or delivery disputes
  • Please ensure a secure delivery location, as lost or stolen packages cannot be replaced or refunded

 

Refund Processing, Fair Use & Disputes

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment; gift returns are issued as store credit
  • Items purchased as part of a discounted duo or bundle are refunded at the pro-rated per-item price
  • We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit, decline, or refuse refund requests and/or future purchases in cases of repeated or abusive use of this policy

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes:

By purchasing from bemskincare.com, you agree to contact Bēm directly to resolve any order issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Chargebacks submitted without first following this policy may be disputed and may result in restricted future purchases.
