Use this form if you received a Bēm product as a gift and would like to request store credit under our Happy Skin, Guaranteed policy, or to report an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Happy Skin Guarantee requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Issues related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. To help us review your request efficiently, please include all requested documentation.

If you purchased the item yourself, refund requests must be initiated through your customer account.
